DVD neXt COPY Inc. F.A.Q.

1. How can I pay for DVD neXt COPY Products.

All major credit cards and forms of payment are accepted. You may even order over the telephone.

2. How does the subscription work and what is it for.

All of our products come with a $19.99 yearly subscription fee starting one year after purchase. This is required in order to provide updates and support for our products. If you ever decide to stop your subscription, you can keep the software you own however you will no longer be given updates or support. You also have complete power and control over your subscription from within your customer account that is provided by our payment gateway Plimus/BlueSnap. You can cancel your subscription or update payment information anytime you wish. Plimus/BlueSnap will also notify you, 7 days before you will be charged for a renewal, allowing you to cancel the subscription, if you prefer.

If you have trouble canceling a subscription or refunding in your Plimus account, please SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET, and we will assist you with your cancelation / refund.

3. How many times can I install.

As per the DVD neXt COPY Inc. End Users License Agreement (EULA) With 1 purchase you get 1 serial/license. This 1 serial/license can be used on 2 of your personal computers. The software can be reinstalled on those 2 computers as many times as you need. You can also deactivate on a computer and transfer your serial/license to another computer if needed. If you want to install on more than the 2 computers than the DVD neXt COPY (EULA) allows, please contact our sales department and you will be given a special discount coupon to purchase an additional license that will allow for use on an additional 2 computers.

4. My coupon does not work when trying upgrade.

If your coupon is not working when trying to uprade please send an email via the contact form our website.

5. I lost my serial number or license code.

7. Where can I download the latest version.

You can always download the latest version of your product on our website anytime you need. Please make sure to choose the download for the product that you purchased. Visit the download center

9. DVD Encryption Error / Third Party Plugins.

You can use our products to make a backup copy of personally authored DVDs or non protected movies. Many commercial movies are protected. Not all movies are protected. If you wish to copy a movie which is encrypted, you will have to install a third party decrypter like ‘machinist2.dll’, ‘DVD43′ or ‘AnyDVD’ to unlock the DVD. “machinist2.dll” and “DVD43″ are free programs that operate in the background to decrypt the DVD while you copy it. Third party plugins can be located by using a search engine like Google.com or Yahoo.com and searching for the term “platinumripper.com” with no spaces in the word. You will see the site you need to go to under “Third Party PLUG-INS, Machinist2” at the top of the results page.

10. I can’t activate my software.
