I have been around the DVD copying scene for some time now and have used just about all of the DVD copying software on the market. I have to say that none of the software I have come across makes copies in as good as quality as dvdnextcopy does. nobody can tell the difference between the originals and the copies made with dvdnextcopy. Alot of the other software on the market degrades the quality by this software makes perfect copies. Thanks for a great software.

I see some of the users saying how long they used DVDNextCopy well I started when it was sold in Fry’s Electronics and called X copy, It worked then and works even better now and the new interfaces and or skins are very good. The support has been great as well as the updates. I beta test for Symantec, Microsoft plus several large other companies. Basically they give me software and or hardware to install and test and a list of things to do. After that I do everything in my power which is pretty good, to break it, crash it, and smash it, everything short of using a hammer. I cause as much trouble as their worst customer could possibly do to find bugs, software that is not compatible and generally ruin it. I overpower it, under power it take out memory in the middle of testing, add memory in the middle of things, overclock it underclock it and tweak other software to see what happens. like I said (I am their worst customer) If it can be broken I’m your man and....they love me. DVDNextCopy has been installed in every test I have done and used while testing still gotta have my fun. In over well over more than 30 beta products, basically their software still seems to work, God only knows why after what I have done to it. Pretty much the only problem with their software I run out of activations due to formatting new motherboards drives, graphic cards, and reinstalling all my software again, and they know what I do and still put up with me. That says a lot seeing how I don’t to beta tests for them. I have used their software for about 10 years maybe more I think, and they still put up with me. Kudos to all and thanks again for making something that does what is made to do. If you follow the directions and requirements you pretty much can’t go wrong.

I have subscribed to DVDneXtCOPY since it was first introduced and have been extremely happy with the ease of use and the performance of the software. More importantly is the support afforded to their customers. Normally, with most software publishers, once you submit a request for technical support or help with any issue all you get is an automated reply that someone will get back with you within 72 hours. That is not the case with DVDneXtCOPY. They respond to requests for help seven days a week and usually within hours of the request. I am happy to recommend the product and the company behind the product.

I heard about a company. At one time located back east. The Co. was involved and enthusiastic about it's software products. That was years ago. Way back in the 90's I think. I've been a very satisifed customer since the beginning. Your support team is always first rate and on the ball and always very understanding when I require help or more activations. At first it was a little dfficult to get through. But DVD Next Copy made all of that alot simplier. I've got very poor visual acuity. But, DVD Next Copy employees have always understood that. DVDNextCopy is an excellent copying program very easy to use and produces high quality archival back-up copies of non-commercial software. Their product support team is second to none. I had misplaced my serial number and registration key and they were able to help me in very short order. Their support group will try to help you as best as they can, as quickly as they can with any problem related to the software. Extremely courteous and professional. I have been using your software since early versions were called DVD X Copy and now I have used every version of DVD neXt COPY. Having to retire early with a Myeloproliferative Disorder and being 95% home bound, when I am able to travel to see family, or extended periods in the hospital, I always take my laptop allowing me to pass the time away by using your product, thus never taking the chance at losing my originals. Your product is the very best, especially with neXt Tech technology. Thanks so much for a great product, Ps. It works with my Creative Zen and Creative X-Fi Players.

To anyone interested in getting the best copy off their DVD's, you can not beat these programs. I have been making copies for years, when I first bought the program, DVDXCOPY, which was ok, but didn't have all the bugs worked out. DVD Next Copy, allowed me to purchase their program at a discount, when X copy went out of business. This was the first of my great experiences with Next Copy. I found the tech support to be run my the most knowledgeable people I have had the opportunity to be involved with. The program is pretty easy to learn and use, but if your like me, some times a little worried about what I'm doing and need some assistance. You don't have to worry, they have great folks who will give you all the help you need. As for the program, I have had nothing but great results, and you will too.

I started my backups with the original 321copydvd back in 2003 and there is very little it cannot backup and I am still using it. The newer version DVDneXtcopy works even better. Anybody who owns thousands of dollars in DVD movies like I do is nuts to not buy this program and backup their DVD's. My daughter learned this lesson when her 3 year old child got a hold of an out of production childrens cartoon movie and scratched the back of the DVD permanently ruining it. Folks this is a must buy for anybody who wants to not waste their inventments in DVD movies.

I am writing this on behalf of all old ladies, like me, who uses a computer as a tool to stimulate the brain and ward off dementia or Alzheimer's disease...I am 75 years old and am still going strong due to companies like dvdNextcopy....who have created programs that give you an incentive to create...I use your program endlessly, in aiding my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren... I have owned neXt Copy for years, and xcopy before that. Xcopy was good but wouldn't back up my episodic collections. Those collections are expensive and reside on double layered discs. Next copy not only backs them up, but will record them on single layer media with astounding clarity. I can even bump them up with my up-converting HDMI player! The result is a very good looking playback on a long-wearing disc! I don't have to worry about damage to my expensive episodic collections! They stay neatly tucked away in their secure cases! I don't know how much $$$ I've saved by using back-ups instead of risking my archived discs! Thanks DVDneXt Copy! (also your tech support is FANTASTIC! I've only had to use it twice in several years, but response time was immediate and solutions were reliable!)

This is awesome!!! Buying blank dvds are cheaper than buying lost, stolen, ruined dvd movies... I have the original movie safely stored away while i let my kids take a copy to their friends house or on our trips and not worry too much about forgetting or getting it stolen...wOoOhOoO!!!!

I have been a customer since 'X-Copy', I was happy with the product then, and even more so now! I've had a few bumps in the road, but this only exposed me to the fantastic support staff that is responsive, patient and they continued working on the issues I was experiencing until the problem was overcome! I assumed that I would have to live with the previous version; essentially I mentioned my problem to customer support as a hail mary effort. I love DVD Next Copy, it is so easy to use, I have copied every DVD in my daughters collection and have not had one problem. If you used DVD X Copy it was junk compared to this. I upgraded to the DVDneXt Copy in 2006. I'm a 65 year old senior; and I my children grew up using Atari and Game Boy. But whenever I've needed these guys to assist me with technical or administrative issues, they've always been there. No waiting 24 hours for a response. Just click and go. Hi, I have about 2,000 different DVD titles and about the same number of VCR titles and am attempting to back them up. For ease of use and success in backing up my DVDs, DVD neXt COPY allows my computer (not me) to do all the work. Once this extremely helpful group got me up and running, the only thing I need to worry about is where I put the blank DVDs.

Just wanted to tell you that having owned previous versions of the software and watching the developmental curve, I am impressed. I have only begun using the trial version, but have thrown discs at it from my collection which I have been unable to copy through several different combinations of hardware as well as software. Thank goodness you put so much effort and pride into your packaging. I came home to find a package on my front veranda. The front gate was locked so the postie decided to throw the package approximately five meters over the fence onto the veranda. I’m pleased to say my copy of dvdnextcopy survived in fine fashion. I am doing all I can to stump this version and without any success. So far, nothing but successful backups. I have thrown 12 different burners at it, more than 24 different DVDs, and have tried custom, movie only, and full backup. I refuse to give up, I know I have a movie or a drive or a system setup that will stump it, I have even went as far to change out 4 different antivirus programs; not even Norton could bother it.

Having used previous versions that were missing in a few areas this program has everything, as I travel internationally a lot the ability to copy my DVDs purchased overseas and remove the region restictions that alow me to play the DVD at home is great, and now that people can buy DVDs internationaly over the internet this is bound to open competition and maybe lower prices.
